The first source URL is explicitly labelled CFW/HEN and contains Disturbed Mod Menu/update.img. The second is explicitly labelled OFW and contains PS3/EXPORT/BACKUP/Disturbed Mod Menu/archive.dat plus archive_00.dat. Preserve both original archives and labels; these are different distribution formats.
Neither archive contains instructions, a full title ID, firmware requirement, game update or controls. The OFW label is a source claim, not verified compatibility or a documented restoration procedure; do not treat its backup files as replacements for the CFW/HEN update.img.

Read.txt.txt defines AddonMenu1.sco through AddonMenu8.sco for adding another menu. It does not supply a full installation procedure or opening controls. Preserve original game files and verify console, title ID and update before replacement.

For PS3 the archive supplies NIKO/update.img and a TBOGT script.img/script_network.img pair. Xbox has its own NIKO script.img/script_network.img pair. Preserve the separate platform/episode branches. No full install destinations, firmware, title IDs or updates are documented.
The source names map1.sco through map10.sco for map slots, Gaload1.sco through Gaload3.sco for automatic loading, and glitching1.sco through glitching20.sco for mod slots. No PC or TLAD distribution is present in this archive, despite broader shortcuts and historical claims in the README.

PS3 source/platform mismatch: the linked Cartel archive is an Xbox 360 GTA IV script-menu distribution with an optional XEX helper. It supplies no documented PS3 build.
The source links GTA_IV_Cartel_Menu_Xbox.zip. This PS3 forum placement does not establish a PS3 build.
The archive contains script.img, script_network.img and optional GTAIVCartel.xex. README and XEX2 header identify the Xbox distribution. The PS3 forum location does not make it a PS3-ready build.
The source requires an extracted game-file installation, not GOD/store format. It places script.img and script_network.img in the GTA IV game files under common/data/cdimages, preserving the originals first. It says LB + RB opens the menu.
The README describes GTAIVCartel.xex as optional extra functionality, not the menu itself, and offers module loading or a DashLaunch plugin, preferably slot 3. These are source instructions for Xbox, without hardware testing or a verified update requirement.

For BLES00229_E2, BLUS30127_E2, NPEB00907 or NPUB30702, place the TBoGT script.img and script_network.img pair in /dev_hdd0/game/<title ID>/USRDIR/DLC2/DLC/common/data/cdimages/. The README explicitly also requires the modded update.img for TBOGT to work. Verify the installed title and preserve original files; no game update, exact console environment or opening controls are documented.

For PS3 the explicitly labelled branch is PS3 Update IMG CFW/update.img. Xbox has separate NORMAL Original and TBOGT script.img/script_network.img pairs. Original SuperNetworkGhost is another image pair without a platform label; no platform is inferred for it.
The MD TRIDENT ALL SCOS directory contains compiled SCO components; an empty marker says those files go in script.img. The archive also includes a standalone MD_Trident.sco. It gives no full installation procedure, image editor requirements or console/episode compatibility for those extra files.
The readme says a loading crash was fixed and describes this as the last update, but supplies no controls, paths or title/update requirements. These are source claims about this captured release, not hardware testing or a check for later releases. Preserve original game files before replacement.

PS3 source/platform mismatch: this Major Distribution v5 ZIP supplies Xbox Original, TBOGT and TLAD image packages only. No PS3-labelled build is present.
The archive contains three RAR packages explicitly under XBOX, for ORIGINAL, TBOGT and TLAD. Bounded RAR metadata inspection finds each contains script.img and script_network.img. No PS3 update.img or PS3 branch is supplied; the PS3 forum location does not establish PS3 compatibility.
The outer README contains promotion rather than installation instructions. The nested RAR header/member metadata was parsed in memory; no compressed game-image content was decompressed or integrity-tested. Full installation paths, controls and exact Xbox compatibility requirements remain undocumented.
