Select CFW-CEX or HEN, then the matching BLES-BLUS or NPEB-NPUB region family. Every branch supplies EBOOT/EBOOT.BIN and tmp/Bo3.sprx. Keep the selected pair together; family labels do not identify every supported title ID.
No README or controls are included. The directory tmp identifies the intended SPRX destination, but the exact title ID, EBOOT destination and game update must be verified before replacing the original executable.

T7ZMCurse.sprx appears separately under In TMP/CFW DEX and In TMP/HEN, CFW, CEX, with EBOOTs under DEX and CEX HEN. Keep these variants distinct. The internal root says BO3 ZM BETA, while the source filename identifies V2.
The folder name In TMP identifies the intended SPRX directory. No README supplies a full path, EBOOT destination or controls. Match console environment, BO3 title ID and update and preserve the original executable before using a corresponding EBOOT.

For loading crashes while signed in, the source suggests starting BO3 signed out. Its attribution of the crash to the game has not been tested. No menu controls are documented.
