1. Install the preserved portCopy brogue.nro to /switch/brogue/. This is Switch port 1.9.2-r2, with no documented current firmware range.
2. Start the gameLaunch through hbmenu. The game is complete and needs no separate commercial ROM.
3. Learn the controlsNavigate with directional controls, use A for Enter and B for Escape. Consult in-game help for turn-based actions.
4. Customize if neededOptional custom key mappings use /switch/brogue/switch_keys. Back up existing mappings and game data before changing the installation.
